Creatine is for any athlete who wants to increase the duration and intensity of quick bursts of maximum muscle contraction, whether it be a sprinter, strength trainer, body builder or weight lifter. Also delays muscle fatigue, improves cell volumization, and helps increase lean muscle mass.
Suggested Use: Mix 1 level teaspoon (5 grams) in water or any non-acidic juice daily as a dietary supplement. As a sports supplement take 4 to 5 teaspoons (20 to 25 grams) a day as a loading phase for 4 to 5 days. Take 1 to 2 teaspoons (5 to 10 grams) daily as a maintenance phase. Do not exceed loading suggestion of 5 days in any 1 month period.
