Side Effects
Fo-Ti can cause a stomach upset, diarrhea, and/or skin rashes in some people. It has also been reported that high doses can cause numbness of the extremities.
Safety Issues Fo-Ti should not be taken if you are pregnant or nursing.

Fo-Ti, also called he-shou-wu, is an evergreen climbing plant native to China, where it is widely grown.
